The winner of this year’s Outstanding Contribution to SCF Activities Award 2020 is Vicky Messer, director, product management Picocom.Sue Monahan, Small Cell Forum CEO acknowledged Vicky’s win with, “Vicky’s contribution to our technical work over the past year has been outstanding. Not only has she led the development of our 5G FAPI network monitor specifications, but she has also led work to establish 5G small cell product definitions that will be of enduring value to the industry in the years ahead.
